As a parent, we have been very supported by all the staff at Queens. We have been able to pre visit and the patient was much more settled with his second visit for his operation. He was very nervous and sick the first time he visited, this time Adele and all the other staff worked so hard to keep Lewis calm. Thank you.

Staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breda was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. More Breda's would be an improvement.
